 Our Flexible Conveyors provide the ultimate versatility. Our range of extendable Flexible Conveyor units are ideal for transferring goods and loading/unloading vehicles with minimum effort and maximum speed. All you have to do is simply wheel out and expand straight or around corners and tight bends to suit your requirements, easily and quickly. When not in use, just close the unit back up and store it away. Our Flexible Conveyors also come with PVC Rollers or Skatewheels. The telescopic height adjustable leg supports (650-1100mm top of roller) enable the desired height and conveyor angle to be simple achieved. Lattice side frames are also included and 100mm diameter swivel braked castors lock the unit firmly in place. There is also a high impact PVC wheels or rollers and all steelwork is protected with a bright zinc plated finish. The extended axle pitch is 125mm. Optional Accessories are also available on request. These include: connecting hooks to allow connection of separate units, roller or plate end stop, available with steel skate wheels or rollers and 450-700mm or 900-1500mm height adjustable stands. Our Gravity Roller Conveyor featured rollers with quality mild steel ball bearings and aluminium frames for high performance and low maintenance. It can easily be adapted to suit your individual requirements. The bright Zinc plated C section telescopic leg supports allow easy adjustment (recommended at 1.5mm intervals) and include track brackets which allow angle adjustment to provide a slope if required. This also provides a means of joining tracks to produce a layout of your choice. Our Gravity Roller Conveyors are fitted with 20mm dia PVC rollers with aluminium angle side frames. The 25mm axle pitch is for smooth transportation of small products. There is also a 6mm dia spindles which are retained by chromed starlock washers. Bends are also available as either 45 degrees or 90 degrees with an inside radius of 500mm.
